Leadership Development

My executive coaching is based on the notion that exceptional leaders are self-aware and lead from a position of agency, curiosity, and vision. I think that to become a leader, one must develop the full person. Once the essential business skills are established, many leaders discover that emotional maturity and a greater awareness of how they bring themselves to their leadership roles are the greatest catalysts for enhancing their leadership effectiveness.
